The Kings Road is right at the heart of a very popular residential area and the sheer range of retailers along this bustling road ensure that those who are lucky enough to live in this beautiful area are spoilt for choice when it comes to shopping. Many of the shops are independently owned and there is a great community spirit in the area which can be felt whenever you enter one of the stores. In addition to the stores there are dental and doctors surgeries, a pharmacy and a very well regarded vets practice, Wagtails, within the area as well as a small supermarket so that you need not go into town if you don’t wish to do so.
Virtually everything you might require is available on the Kings Road and you could spend hours wandering happily from shop to shop before resting your feet, and your wallet, at Café Divine for a sneaky coffee and a cake. If you are in a hurry to get home after whiling away time in the shops, why not try Little Breads for a fabulous take out, with sandwiches, deli salads and delicious cakes available.
